100/10 Experience!! Everyone was so friendly and kind. Great food that is good for me! I have a hard time finding gluten free... food, but it was so comforting knowing I could eat everything here. This is a must stop place to go in Iowa city. I will bebragging about The Keto kitchen to everyone I know! Read more

This place was great. I had the chicken tenders with a honey mustard sauce. All the food here is keto and gluten free which is... great as I am gluten free. The guys working there offered friendly service and were helpful in giving suggestions for what totry. I was able to have a conference call and eat my lunch in one of their booths.
