Used to love this spot but the vibe is bad now. Dirty restaurant and restrooms with a poorly maintained line. Put the wrong... stuff on my sandwich and either didn't hear or ignored a request to fix it. Very dissatisfied. Tables and chairs pushed togetherto prevent people eating in so I had to eat outside. I wouldn?t care if I ordered a sandwich that either was missing a thing or two on it or had an extra thing or two put on it. I... ordered a foot long that was not remotely close to what I had ordered. Let?s just say I didn?t ask for a single thing on thatsandwich. DON?T SPEND MONEY HERE! Paid for my sandwich on the app. Got to the store at 7:20 (pickup was for 7:30). The store was locked... and I was waiting outside knocking loudly for over 10 minutes until someone came to the door. She said the order never camethrough and she couldn?t refund me. There was an older lady with brown hair who was so rude to me. I said at first that I?d need two sandwiches and then she says oh... dear and deeply sighs. She kept on berating me about me wanting to get it toasted which is such a weird thing to get upsetabout. She just kept huffing whenever I?d ask for something on my sandwich and she didn?t know what was on one of the specialsandwiches and got mad at me for not telling her what to put on it. Terrible service. Worker had a lot of attitude and was extremely impatient when I was choosing what to put on my sandwich. This... employee lacked the simplest form of work ethic. Employee took close to 10 minutes to make a basic 6-inch sub. When ringing upmy sandwich she refused to honor my Plyo reward points to grant me the discount I clearly communicated to her before I startedplacing my order. I was so fed up with the inconvenient situation that I went to Jimmy?s Johns right across the street andpurchased a higher quality sandwich from them instead. (Jimmy Johns service was incredible by the way) After getting my sandwichat Jimmy Johns I returned to subway before the subway worker had even finished making the sub for my friend who was behind me inline. The poor girl working was ALONE during a lunch shift in a downtown store. She looked frustrated and it was extremely busy.
