I ordered two sub sandwiches from here (neither of which were made at all correctly) and I also ordered a dozen cookies, which... not only did I not get any of them that I asked for... they absolutely refused to refund me the money for them. They are nothingmore than incompetent thieves and will steal your money from you the first chance they get. I'm betting they pocketed my moneyfor themselves. I will never return to this Subway or any other Subway, since they seem to condone thievery. Read more
Toasting my sub without asking? Okay. Brown lettuce and green tomatoes? Guess we?re celebrating spooky season a little early.... Asking for fresh lettuce and tomatoes must be asking a lot for someone who works at subway. I walked in hungry and excited toget my sub and walked out utterly disappointed with the customer service, the smell and the lack of food safety and Sanitary atthis location. I ordered using their app two sandwiches and added pepperoni. They gave me two sandwiches with just pepperoni and none of the... meat that come on the sandwiches. As well as the wrong toppings, and I had to wait twenty minutes in the store for thesandwiches while the clearly high staff barely did their job. Submitted a complaint online and never heard back so I called thestore and the employee was incredibly rude and seemed to lack basic reasoning skills. Don?t waste your money. Read more
Person making our order was swearing in front of us to his co worker at the cash register. Very slow service. Asked for cookies... and wouldn?t make them. The store was not busy whatsoever and the guy behind us ordered online and the workers apologized for itbeing way too busy and didn?t see his order. One worker also had his shirt rolled up in the back and could see part of his buttcrack, so that was pleasant. Read more
The young man that made our sandwiches did a great job. My partners sandwich had everything on it I didnt think there was any... way he could close it and wrap it to go but he tucked everything in with a knife and my partner was thrilled with it. absolute worst experience of my life I have a half an hour for lunch and spent 25 minutes of it in line waiting for them to make... my sandwiches at which point they made them look terrible over cooked my sandwich the bread was hard and I didn't even get allthe ingredients I asked for the second person working didn't want to bother with my sandwiches they decided they were going towalk back and forth reading a piece of paper they could have just as easily taken to the other end of the station to work on thesandwiches instead of wasting so much valuable time I don't even have time to eat they didn't put any dressing on my secondsandwich Read more
