Visited on a Tuesday morning to study and review with classmates over coffee. I got both food and drink, all of which were over... priced but I still paid as I was a customer. Chai was OK. Customer service not so much. Staff is rude. I brought my proteinshake and mini bag of gardettos, and this was considered outside food. Also was explained that this is NOT a library. Today I had a very bad experience, and they will lose customers because of it. My husband and I came to get a cup of coffee, and... since I'm on a diet, I brought a toast sandwich and banana for myself. Suddenly, the supervisor came in and said, "You can'tbring outside food in here. This is how we make money."!!!! She looked at me, and the way her face moved made me feel like shewas being racist, and she was not at all polite. I understand that the place has rules, but I didn't see the sign that said so,and she could have told me that in a nicer way. And if she didn't hurry up, my husband was going to order from them, anyway!!she needs to learn how to talk to people and give them information. For me, it was a very sad situation. Read more

Neat little book store mixed with coffee. Coffee was was great! The decore is decent, nothing to outlandish. It's got a couple... of reading nooks to hang out in. Fairly big selection of books from all sorts of different genres. I didn't try any of thebakery goods, but will have to next time. Read more
A lovely bookstore and coffee shop that I'll surely visit again. Comfortable seating options: booths, tables, reading chairs.... Bookshelves packed to the ceiling! A variety of hot and cold beverage options, bakery items, and ice cream. Busy but notnoisy. Pour-over coffee took more than 10 minutes, but it was rich and delicious. Clean, spacious, family-friendlybathrooms. (Skip the cannoli: shell wasn't very crunchy and the filling just sweet rather than flavorful.) Read more
We loved the curated selection and the awesome reading nooks the first time we visited - and now that we have a child of our... own, we go to Sidekick as a family and take turns reading board books to the baby in the fun little beehive seats while theother parent gift shops and drinks coffee or snags a pastry. They have also done a special order for us, which went great. Weare proud to be part of their community! Read more
