Placed an order through the app. Delivery driver cancels (DoorDash - shocking, I know). I get an email telling me to call the... store because my order was canceled. Call the store. Girl says she issued a refund which will take God knows how long to clearmy bank and I now have to re-place my order so it get re-assigned to a new driver and my food that?s already sitting there willeventually be delivered. Two forty dollar charges til the refund clears? No thank you. I ask if I can just have the food sincethe problem was on their end. Nope, I have to reorder. I told her to keep it. Scant amount of sauce on spaghetti. Meatballs were okay. Counter clerk was incredibly unfriendly; only myself and one other... couple in there. Will not return. Read more
There was a worker with pink hair who was unnecessarily rude for no reason, all because I asked for extra napkins they gave me... dirty look and roller their eyes. Unacceptable Read more
Be careful if you're gluten free! Food was alright, the Pad Thai was mediocre. My girlfriend ordered gluten free yet found... wheat noodles at the bottom of her dish. Read more
Our office ordered food today and when my co-worker went to pick up the food, the lady said it was not ready. My co-worker said... okay how long? The noodles and company lady turned pointed at the three tickets behind her and said after all these tickets.Unacceptable. Our food was burnt as you can see by the pictures. Read more
The food just tasted....expired. Everything was very crusty and dry. My tortellini was still cold. The Cesar salad I received... was freezer burnt while the croutons were mushy. Chicken still had a pink stripe in the thick end.Terrible food. The grey hairedolder man was rude, disrespectful, and not willing to admit fault. Read more
Five stars for great customer service. I have never had an issue with anything I have ordered from Noodles & Co in the past,... but on my most recent visit I was not pleased with what I ordered. The way the manager handled the matter made me want to returnin the future. Kudos to the manager, Jacob, and the rest of the Noodles & Co crew. Read more
i went there tonight wearing a snow white costume and i was complimented with a note saying i looked really cute! i?m not sure... who wrote it tho. there was a guy with glasses and one dangly earring and one with curly hair and some tattoos. i didn?t catchtheir names so i?m hoping for whoever put that note in there to see this so i can get their name and say thank you!
