Before my trip to Marco's, I didn't even know it was possible to mess up a grilled cheese sandwich. What arrived at the table... was miles below my lowest expectations. Cold, unmelted cheese slices in-between two small, lightly toasted pieces of whitebread. I thought the bare minimum for a grilled cheese sandwich was melted cheese slices... am I going crazy?
