I went here for the first time last week at my sister's suggestion. We arrived around 5p and there was plenty of seating and... order was served pretty fast. I ordered 3 steak tacos. They were good and filling! Prices are decent, it was under $30 for twomeals. I appreciate that this restaurant serves authentic Mexican food is comparison to TexMex that many local Mexicanrestaurants serve. I will definitely be coming back here and look forward to trying different menu items. Read more
Worst Mexican food I?ve ever experienced. Fajitas arrived at our table looking like they made it at 9 in the morning, reheated... it 12 times since then, and then given to us when we dined in around 7pm. Tried this place because they had Birria tacos. Hugemistake. Taco Bell would have been better. Read more
The tacos were very good, the rice and beans not so much.
Hands down the best street tacos in the Midwest. The birra is also fantastic. Crazy affordable. Even if you find another taco... almost as good you will never find one with so many fresh made hot sauces and salsas. Read more
Im very disappointed how they made my burrito stuffing with so much rice and no meats . I promise it does looks like they gave... me 1 or 2 tablespoons of meat. I asked for a steak burrito and they gave me a stuffing rice burrito smh . I won't be visitingagain they robbing people out of meat if you order a burrito that's definitely not ok to do that. I wanted to write this to entice you to try a great restaurant. I have never had a bad meal. I tried take out in the afternoon... and the quality was just as good. The burritos were wonderful, completely filled and well with the $12 cost. I asked for extraslike avocado slices, extra meat and traditional cheeses. All my requests were met. We feel behind the times because tonight was the first time we've tried La Regia and we have been MISSING OUT! The food was so... delicious. We had the Enchiladas Suizas and tacos (chorizo, carne asada, and al pastor) All of which was seasoned so well,cooked perfectly, and came out hot and fast. I wish they made a house margarita rather than one from a mix, but the food is sogood it's not a deal breaker. Read more
