Absolutely love this place but online hours and box hours say open till 7 and you get there and the window says they close at 2.... If your gonna shorten your hours fix it online where most people look these days! Save us the trip! Read more
I went here because there was a TMobile promotion and I downloaded the app. I was told they only take bregglers app not Jamba... even though they are listed in the Jamba app as a location. So not only can I not use my Jamba app. Not my TMobile promotion. Ireceived poor customer service after waiting in line because the lobby was closed. I asked if it was corporate location. I wastold a franchise and asked if I wanted to place an order after waiting in the long drive through line only to be disappointed.I'm from IL. Consistently poor service & incredibly long wait times. Often out of majority of menu items or won?t make specific things.
I really love Jamba Juice. But I have had problems with this one. Today I went to go get a smoothie and the guy told me that... they were not making smoothies today. Even though they had the ingredients and them telling me that there is no one working thatcan make me one. This is a Jamba Juice what do you mean you can?t make a smoothie? And The last few times I?ve Havnt been ableto get a smoothie. Two times they were out of all sherbet and could only do plant based smoothies. I want to come back I reallydo. But I don?t want to wait in a 10 to 15 minute line just to find out I can?t have one. Read more
