I went in for the first time and the only thing I can say about this place is that it is Quality. The staff at the counter were... friendly and got my order taken right away. I tried the butter burger and an ice cream sundae. The burger was great. The vanillaice cream that I ordered had some kind of issue, but the staff handled it very well and got me taken care of with no problem! Went through the drive thru, ordered the chicken tender basket and the guy taking my ordered was trying to get me to order... something else. When I told him no, he was extremely rude. Then I got my food & he had changed my ordered completely. It'salways something with that place. Will not be going back to that location. Read more
Iowa nice doesnt apply to this location. These people have no concept of service?may as well be Mcdonalds?at least then I wont... be surprised by childish rudeness by a Manager of all people. I havent visited in awhile so I was trying to figure out what Iwanted to order?apparently I was fast enough for Nate who just trying to push my order so I asked for a minute please chill. Ithen give him the ingredients I want on the burger and he says Next time, you need to just say everything No mustard.? My food had been waiting for me when I walked through the door. My cheese curds were the only freshly prepared food I received.... My double bacon cheese burgers and fries were cold just like my soda with ice in its. A deterrent for any subsequent visits. Read more
Every time I come to this drivethru I regret it! Ordered my food, was not given a receipt, they slapped a number on my car so I... pulled forward (after 3 others) and waited. 10 minutes, someone finally got their food, 5 more minutes, someone else got theirfood and an attempt was made to give me another order that wasn?t mine. 2 minutes, kid comes out and hands me a bag and takes mynumber, I inspect the ?order receipt? on the outside and see that this isn?t my order so I yelled to the kid walking away. Theysay sorry and come back 2 minutes later with a manager? No name tag that I could see? I had to clarify 3 different times what myorder was to this person. 2 minutes later they both returned, stating the food I ordered and handed me the bag. There was stillanother person ahead of me that hadn?t received their order, RIP. TL;DR Terrible organization at this location. when you pullevery car forward, you need to have more control over the expedition of those orders. The saving grace of the 2 star review isthat the food was decent once I got what I actually ordered. Read more
This used to be a favorite stop for my family but half of our monthly drive-through visits in the past 12-18 months have been... unsatisfactory with poor attention to detail such as missed items in orders as well as extra charges for things that otherCulver?s restaurants do not charge. The drive-through people are always very friendly however! But that doesn?t make up for theoverall downhill trend. Read more
This location used to be top-notch. Unfortunately now, not so much. Staff was busy in personal conversations, they were reminded... 3 times that all the ketchup dispensers were out once their attention was recieved but never refilled, and a crew member ate afry that fell off right by the counter in front of customers. Would give zero stars if it was an option!!! We were in line and ordered our food that was pieced together instead of a basket... like ordered. Cost $32 dollars for a kids meal basically with a fish dinner. The. We waited over 20 minutes for our order tocome out while we watched other people that were way behind us get their order before ours came out. Not a single order, butfamily orders.
