I'm speechless! Stopped here because it was off I-10 and easy in out. So glad we did! The fried ribs, smoked pork loin and... the sides- dirty rice and green beans were some of the best we have ever tasted. We also bought several flavors of sausage tocook at home. A truck driver friend recommended this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The food was great. Will have to come back to try... out some more items on the menu. The fried ribs were seasoned well and tender. The green beans were also tasty. I didn?t care tomuch for the baked beans, If I were you, I would try a different side. Perfect for us truck drivers to get something hot and different. Everything had heat and delicious. Loved it however wish they... had greens and not green beans. The beignets were cooked in the same oil as the pork and you can taste it. Everything else wasgood will be back. Read more

We stopped by this place during our road trip. I was surprised of how spacious, clean, and modern looking this shop is. It was... my first time here and the cashier was very nice and patient to help with my ordering. I'm not a fan of meat but I have to saytheir meat taste delicious.
