Love the frostys that Wendy's serve. Their food taste more like homemade food than other fast foods. Prices are reasonable.... Staff is friendly . Would recommend in a heartbeat. The guy with the miniature dreads working the drive thru is so rude and extra, his attitude when he has to do ANY type of work... is ridiculous. ( I mean isn?t he there to work & why be mad about having to scan the app) And the managers attitude there issickening. She is more concerned with drive through time then her customers actually getting proper service. Why even go to workif you don?t like your Job? Why is someone like that even in management put her back on salad prep or something she isn?tsomeone you need representing your company. Honestly I miss the girl with the cat eye liner she was fast, friendly, and hadgreat customer service skills. But ever since mr attitude has started working drive through the lines are longer, customerservice experience has significantly declined. I understand people need jobs but maybe he should be making the burgers insteadof dealing with customers his attitude isn?t good for a customer service role. Read more
Excellent service. cars were wrapped around building but only waited a couple of minutes to get to window. Less then 6 minutes... from getting in line, ordering at screen to pick up and driving away. There were a minimum of 6 cars in front of us whichequates to less then a minute per car. Order was all correct and proper temps. Staff was pleasant. Read more
I experienced bad service in this location, the manger James was completely unprofessional I had issues with my food, and... asked nicely for help and no one was willing to help. When I asked for the manger he was rude and disrespectful, I simply justneeded my food that was not placed in my bag at the window. James made it as if I was a a liar, just completely out of control..Just a heads up if they forget your food in the bag its not their fault.. what a joke... Read more
Always a great experience. The night crew are hard working . Even though they are understaffed. I frequently go on Tuesday and... Thursday and around 12 am after I leave the hospital. They always have my joker frosting and my food is cooked to order.Patricia and her crew are so nice and very funny. She always has a smile on her face and always has a joke to tell to make melaugh. I got the grilled chicken sandwich, and a sour cream & chive baked potato.The food was fresh and hot. Also the summer strawberry... salad is great. You won't be disappointed. Food was disgustingly cold and dried out. Cheese was gross. Wouldn't feed it to my dogs. Threw it all in the trash. Asked for no... ketchup, clearly they forgot and then scraped it off bun but some absorbed into it so they didn't hide their mistake very well. so much for their new slogan about Fresh ingredients Read more
Ordered baconconator with no cheese and Italian chicken with large fries plus 2 frosties. What I got after I drove all the way ... home was 2 baconators with cheese, frosties and fries. Sandwiches were cold and dry. No chicken at all! So frustratingespecially when the order was over $23! Don?t think I?ll go there again. Read more
