This is the second time that I placed an order for pick up at this location and it has been in horrible experience. The first... time I paid for my order online showed up at the location and it was closed due to an oven issue and my money was neverrefunded. Gave them a second chance today, worst decision ever! Not only did they forget my food and I had to return to thestore an hour later to pick up the same item that was reheated. I also placed an order for garlic bread and was told that theyaccidentally burnt them in the oven and they wouldn?t give them to me for free when I was willing to pay for them as a purchaseditem. My first time there was earlier today, and I looked at the menu going in and saw what the pepperoni supreme was, pepperoni,... basil, hot sauce and cheese if I remember right. I could tell their dough and sauce was house made just by the taste, the doughwas nice and Crispy on the bottom with fluffy crust, and it was delicious. This is now the only place I'll go to eat out at ifit involves pizza, and I work at pizza hut as a shift manager lol. The owner (I'm assuming who that was) even came out and askedme how much hot sauce I would like on the pizza and I had him do what he thought was right. He was nearly spot on honestly I wasshocked. This was my second time coming to this restaurant. I wasnt really happy the with them them first time. However thought I'd try... em again, after all things happen. 1st: the table was sticky. 2nd: the waitress 2nd time I've had this waitress.( skinny, darkhair, roughly 5'5") I have to give a description due to no name tag and no introduction. She was pleasant speaking at thetable. However another table that left as I was there, she complained somewhat under her breath( loud enough to be heard though)she did come to check a few times. Again however I counted at least 3 times she rounded the corner an saw that i was still atthe table took a few steps only to turn right back around. Coming across that i was inconveniencing her, or wanting me to payand leave. 3rd: at least two of the dishes brought to the table were still dirty. One of which looks like its needs to be thrownout anyways. The other still greasy with stuff on it, unfortunately I did not catch that until after I ate what was on it.( Illtry to attach photos. ) 4th: the soap dispenser in the mens room looks to be broke, and for a little bit as the container wasmore than half used.
