Order delivery about twice per month. Usually really great. This time I used the app and pick up. They offer red sauce, alfredo... and garlic parm. We always get the garlic parm and it's delicious. We Order online and like coupon for their $7.99 3 topping thin and crispy large. We also REALLY like the Mango Habanero wings... although I have to call after completing order to get the wings done extra well. There's not a way I've found to ask for that onthe site. They promised 2 minute or less carside but stopped the timer 30 seconds before the cut off and then made me wait another 3... minutes before bringing it out. So technically I deserve a free pizza but they abuse the system to make it seem they are meetingthe mark. The girl said sorry and left quickly when I mentioned the issue. I dont know if they were having an off day or what, but they double charged my gift card, and when I got home I seen that the... seasoning for the cinnamon twits leaked out all over the place and in my car, everywhere but on half of the twists were theywere supposed to be. An to top it off they only gave us 7 twists instead of 8. Read more
BUGS RUDE NO CONTACT NO GOOD. In the age of Covid , you would believe restaurants have a system in effect! 2nd time in a row... I?ve had no contact delivery leave my order somewhere on the porch with the elements, main issue is Palmetto BUGS that infestany porch with an Oak tree nearby ,absolutely no call, knock or text to say your order is delivered. I updated my phone number &again added text alert to the domino?s tracker. Which failed to work past the order segment.(this time) I always tip but lasttime the deliver dude left the order at the bottom of the staircase ,I?m disabled and couldn?t get to my order. I still tippedboth drivers. When the first driver came back to bring the order up to the door ,he tried handing me the boxes with a palmettobug on it, he swept it off then handed it to me! When the next driver came, I opened the door and I received a remake, I askedher to please give the first driver half of the tip.Tonight, I did not tip & like I said the order was AGAIN was left outsidewith NO ALERT & as a complimentary, they circled the TIP MEMO (See Photos) Read more
