Today's drive-through experience was not pleasant. From not understanding my order to making the wrong order. I had to explain 4... times to take away some items. The poor staff, it?s -7 outside and even colder in the store. The air conditioning is on and they can?t get the managers... attention to come in and have it fixed. Service was great but staff is freezing. We choose to enjoy our goods in the warmth ofthe car. Read more

Our Family has been visiting the area for well over 20 years....we always stop at Timmy's during our trips. We have had some... pretty memorable moments with the staff over our stays. Today however we visited and had a very bad experience with a employeenamed A****. She was noticeably not happy at work today, during our order I was giving her every opportunity to have anotherchance...then she slammed the muffin I ordered down on the counter and I just had to ask myself....does this represent TimHortons in the best way? Do I feel good about my experience....No. I was reluctant...to say anything but she finally decided forme. My daughter and I asked her to find someone else to help me. As I no longer felt comfortable with her finishing our order.When the other ladies stepped in, they listened to what experience I just had but didn't seem to understand how we were justtreated. A****, I have been in the service industry for over 30 years. And today you made me feel...sorry for being there andthat's not good. If your not happy or you need to step away from serving please do so. I have had to do so myself at times andjust know bad days are allowed. But taking it out on paying patrons is not the path. I am sorry for what ever your dealingwith...but at work your represent the Brand. And today you made our experience memorable for all the wrong reasons. Everyoneentering deserves to be treated with respect. And after today...I hope you have a chance to reflect on our experience togetherand can grow from it. Read more

This is a high traffic location and through it all the staff are very friendly and make efforts to keep things moving. I can't... say enough to the character and consideration of the staff as I accidentally left my purse behind on one visit and thenproceeded to drive to Canmore before realizing my mistake. When we called the manager Albert was quick to let me know that oneof his employees had identified it being left behind and ensured that it was safely stored. Lucky for me Albert was coming toCanmore that afternoon so our trip was only delayed a little. I am so grateful to Albert and his staff for helping out thiswayward traveller! Thank you!!!! Read more

I ordered crave roast beef, sausage farmers wrap and peppermint tea black but they hand it to me no sleeves as the tea cup is... very hot! And never ask points card instead she just hand it the payment machine, first impression in this restaurant not good!Bad service! Read more

They are crazy busy except in the evenings.Great service.Clean washrooms.Dine-in is open from 7am to 10 pm and drive through is... 24 hours.It takes a while in the drive through when it is busy. Read more

Typical Tim Horton's. However, the cook burned 3 of several sandwiches - charcoal buns on a breakfast muffin and black lines on... two grilled cheese sandwiches. They were takeout, so we brought them back for replacement a while later. They made moresandwiches which were better but still burned in places. Dunno if it was just one cook, but management needs to tighten up theship. Read more
