Stopped here for lunch while passing through. Huge mistake. Asked for Italian BMT on flatbread. Employee then asked me if I... wanted an Italian herbs & cheese on flatbread. When I asked for pickles and cucumbers, she proceeded to place 4 singular piecesof each. Asked for ranch and she didn?t know which one that was. Took 30 seconds for her to find it. Went in to order a salad. They do not carry shredded cheese, so I had to get the sliced cheese and they didn?t even cut it up... for me. Their lettuce had ice on the top, was all red and brown wilted. So I asked for different lettuce and they said no so Iasked for mainly spinach and I got like maybe 8 pieces. The salads are $9 and most other subways fill the container good butthey cheaper out a lot! At the end I asked them to cut my sons foot long into 3rds so he could share with his sister and the guyjust gave me a horrible look, so I just asked for a knife instead. I don?t mind them not having everything available if theircustomer service was decent but it wasn?t. Do not recommend this subway and I will never go back. Read more
No Beyond Meatball here, which was disappointing. I didn?t see Veggie Patty or Falafel in their menu either. The shop was... clean, and they were busy, even with two team members working. I would love to return here to review the customer interaction,but feel stuck without a vegetarian option. Read more

Staff were efficient. Bread was not very fresh. Room was drafty.
