Ordered 2 bowls and a footling, they forgot the lettuce in one of the salad bowls. I called and they said to bring it back and... would throw lettuce in in. SAY WHAT? I brought it back and asked for new one, she made it again and yep messed it up again. Iasked for compensation and was told they don't do it all they could do is give me a cookie. Normally good when Tyler is working. New girl thought only 6 slices of salami go on a salami footlong sub. Should be 20 cause... it's basically a spicy Italian with no pepperoni. I tried saying something but she was determined it was only 6 and I didn'twant to make a scene over slices of salami. Read more

I ordered a veggie/cheese sandwich and the main concern I have about Subway in general is even though they wear gloves, they... don't change their gloves - my sandwich was touched by gloves that went on meat, and then on money. We ended up throwing out thesandwich and submitted a complaint to subway.com Much prefer Firehouse Subs, which is where we will go next time. Subway saidthey would send out a gift card - never came. Way over priced!!! 10 dollars for a veggie subway 12 inch. It?s 7 dollars at other locations. Honestly the veggies are not as... fresh either. The men working were very nice though!! Read more

Said they closed early cause someone didn?t show up. Not sure if that was the reason before but has been closed early a couple... times before. Not too good. When I?m in there the service is fine. They just can?t stay open til 9 like they?re supposed to. Read more

Don?t bother choosing curbside. I sat out in the parking lot for 10 minutes after the app said ?Ready?. I called the store and... it was busy. I tried a bunch of times. So I took my infant out of the car seat (completely negating the point of having acurbside option). I hauled the baby inside and the girl at the counter said ?We didn?t get to it yet. There is a line? andgestures toward the people standing there (thanks, I have eyes and can see that). I asked why the app said it was ready and shejust stared blankly at me. Eventually the two guys (total bros) hanging out in the back office came out and started making mysandwich. I asked who owned/ran this store and they mumbled some names but had no idea. I know it gets busy but don?t falselymark ?ready? in your system to improve your metrics. Read more

When I picked up a sandwich Thursday, November 18th around 4pm at this location a sports team of around ten to twelve young men... and a few other customers were there. If I am correct, it may have been the manager of the store who was the only person thereworking at the time. I was completely amazed at how quickly and efficiently the man was making sandwiches at the time. Severalmore people came in after me and he just worked and worked, making everyone?s order in what I would say was almost the speed oflight!!! He remained calm, collected, polite and businesslike the entire time, pleasing everyone. He deserves a great deal ofcredit and appreciation for how wonderful he worked. Read more

Mark was the only one working when we visited. He was extremely accommodating and patient with my children and my own requests.... I am incredibly impressed by how mellow he remained during the time when a long line formed, and he was working on an onlineorder at the same time as our order. I'm not a regular Subway visitor here or at any Subway for that matter. But the calmnessand precision of Mark as an employee has me considering stopping more frequently when we travel through the area. Thanks foryour wonderful service Mark. Read more
