If you order don?t do it through the app, 4 people on the line and they don?t read the tickets or don?t know what they are... doing. Ordered the Bennismo and it comes with chicken and pepperoni and there wasn?t any chicken on it at all. Some veggies onour other subs got missed aswell. I ordered two footlong subs. Photo is attached of the order. Somehow whoever made these subs got the two VERY mixed up. The... turkey sandwich was supposed to have turkey, pepperoni, American Cheese, Tomatoes, Spinach, Black Olives, and ParmesanVinaigrette. When I got it, it had turkey, the tiniest bit of pepperoni, no cheese at all, lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers,and an obscene amount of mayonnaise. ???? Seriously, this sandwich was drowning in mayo. I started feeling sick halfway througheating it because it had so much mayonaise. The veggie sandwich was made correctly, but had almost no mayo. Somehow whoever madethese subs got very mixed up between the two... my sister and brother in law also ordered subs which I picked up at the sametime and theirs also had entirely too much sauce, and they didn't get the 2 cookies they ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. I onlygave 2 stars because the kid who handed me the orders was very nice. Clearly, better training and attention to detail is neededhere. Read more
Clean place when I walked in. The lady who made my sub put way too much cheese and way too many onions i had to ask for over... half of them to be removed. They are only supposed to put 3 to 6 of them unless asked for more. And I swear this lady put 20onions on my sub.... she removed over half of them... my pizza I got was not cooked all the way. Still doughy. My 5 year oldloves subway pizzas but this one was nasty he said. Read more
Employees didn't wash hands. When employee pulled out the bread I requested it was covered in mold. I walked out, won't be... going back. Read more
