So I haven't had a steak that I was happy with in about 2 years (that I did not cook or that my dad didn't cook) I came and saw... the Ribeye and initially balked at the price because every steak I've ordered over the last 2 years was garbage. Every placescrewed it up. Not here. Server was awesome super nice and easy to chat with. Wife enjoyed her pizza. (Leftovers to be had) Idecided to gamble on the steak. I. WAS. NOT. DISAPPOINTED! I have not had a steak this good in at least 2 years. Until now. Iwill be hounding my wife to come back up here on vacation for a while. Read more

First time experiencing Hofbrau. We had four of us and got to enjoy relaxing on the front patio. Service was fast friendly and... very fast. We ordered the chicken sandwich/chicken tenders/north woods pasta and nachos. First of all the hand breaded chicktenders where the best I have ever had and the rest of our guest were also amazed by the quality and flavor!! We will be back!! Great job! Read more

We came here for the first time, very nice place. Very clean and the staff were super friendly. My husband loved the bbq Mac and... cheese and our friends really enjoyed their burgers. I got the walleye dinner and unfortunately could not eat it all due to theamount of bones that was in the fillet, it was super unfortunate as the flavor was nice, but there wasn?t a bite without a bone.The prices are higher, but the portions are nice .
