They use to be a good service place. Now they never have anything! More than a handful of times I?ve gone in to order and they... don?t have what we asked for. Today I called it and will never return. On my way to my sons hockey at almost 7am they didn?thave breakfast sandwiches. Well isn?t it breakfast?! They really need to get it together. Food and people are great. How they ever had their drive thru queue approved is a wonder to many. It's terrible, far too short... and spill out onto the road. When it does that it also blocks entry and exit. Read more
Love this spot! Everytime we visit this location (since August it's like 3x weekly as it's on the way to our physiotherapy)... never had a horrible experience, fairly quick everytime and the order is ALWAYS correct, and the coffee is always so good! I do not know why Manager in this store does not teach their team member how to make expensive coffees such as Latte! Today I... ordered medium size latte and could not drink because of too much of espresso shots ???? I had to dump all the drinks, ifsomeone reads this survey keep in your mind that medium latte comes with 2 espresso shot not more than that. ! Read more
Drive thru is way to pusshy. Do not put people in training on the drive thru when you have cars out to the road. On that note if... they are in training the manager should teach them customer service and not to be ignorant and pushy at the speaker. Worsttimmies experience ever. Read more

Worst Tim Hortons ever, if you go to this location, keep on driving to the next location never stop at this location. I thought... it would be nice to try skip the dish for once yesterday and today but this location cancels orders . Very lazy staff ! I willnever go to Jason &Susan's locations ever.
