Review update: I try to be fair with all of my reviews. I have decided to change my rating from two stars to 4. My last... experiences here have been very positive. The new young staff is courteous and respectful. I know how hard it is to work in theservice industry and they are excelling. I had a lovely experience last time. You can tell they?re new, but they were kind andworking together to make sure things were accurate. Great teamwork. This used to be an excellent Tim Hortons with amazing teammembers. Although there are still some great workers, I?m afraid new hires are ruining it. When you have what appears to beteenagers standing around chatting while there?s a huge lineup and then rolling there eyes when you call them out, it makes youwant to support someone else. These kids forget that mask or not, people who hire go to that Tim Hortons and they will rememberyou, or at least where you worked at. Read more
I went to this location for a night snack. The worker blatantly told me there is no food until 11am. This is the first I've... heard this and everyone knows there is breakfast available in the morning way before 11am. Puzzled and confused, I asked ifanything at all was available to eat, she said no. When I exited the drive thru and walked in the location, the baked goods wereall fully stocked up with muffins, donuts etc. I left. I will literally never return here and offer my money, rather drive 15mins away lol Read more

I had a bad experience with the window employee who looks like a manager who wasn?t wearing a uniform, no name tag & earpiece on... her, she looks Canadian husky blond late 30?s or 40?s wearing a pink shirt on a Saturday 1:45 pm today. I?ve order a item whichwas on the app which I had mention before when I did my order but as I drove to her window to pay she said why I didn?t mentionthe app deal combo which I explain I did mention the app deal when I had order before, she had to change the amount through herend & I said it wasn?t my fault that you didn?t get the message from the other end if you had worn the earpiece would of help &right there & than she told me do you want a application & I?m like what?s her problem she can?t manage the job right than don?twork there & give attitude & being rude without apologizing It?s obvious she can?t handle fast food service & customers. Aug 20, 22. Around 7:30pm, lovely Friday evening. We were so excited to start weekend. Wanna order a large Cappuccino, ending up... getting medium regular. Didn?t pay attention since the cup packaging s more or less the same. Realized the mistake and droveback for replacement. The same young girl was apathetic about the incident and don?t even said sorry . The replacement tookabout 10 mins (for a god Cappuccino) , she prepared the foamed milk and simply left there to serve other customer . Hercolleague with hijab saw me and nicely finished the work. They never have food! Every single time I come, they only have sweets, or bagels, not even all bagels. And it?s like not even at... nighties. And even if it were. It says 24 hours for a reason! They need to get much better at their inventory game! Read more
I would like to share my negative experience at this location. On December 2nd, 2022 at around 3:55PM I got in line for the... drive thru. I waited in line for about 15min until I got to the window, and was told to wait outside for an additional 10minwhile they ?make more chicken? for my loaded bowl. After waiting outside for 15min I still did not receive my order. I wentinside the store to complain to the manager and only received my food at 4:25PM. In total I waited 30 minutes until I receivedmy meal. By the time I received my food it was cold. I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location andhope they fix their wait times soon as this is the only location close to home. Read more
