I've come to this location several times now, but I'm done with this location. I do like the food of Popeyes in general, and in... particular, their beans and rice, and their new ghost pepper wings. However, this location seems to have no idea how toproperly plan their food inventory. I've come in the afternoon and the evenings, only to find them out of the same food item(across different days). I'm regularly disappointed by the game of chance I have to take when I come to this location. If youdon't have an item, at least have the decency to put a sign on your door! They've lost my business which is a real shame. Maybeonce they learn how to plan their inventory better, they wont get so low reviews! Read more

Won't be back. Went there today, waited 40 min for our lunch. I ordered a 4 piece white meat Paid the extra for 4 breasts , I... get out to my vehicle and open the box to find 4 Rib pieces( which I wouldn't have bothered to pay extra for since there is wayless meat!) . Went I went to complain I was told they gave me " side breast" and it's still white meat because they don't havecenter breast. I said they should have told me that when ordering because that's rude. You don't tell a customer you havesomething they pay extra for and then try to sneak something different in its place. All in all this is the third time In ayear I've ordered from this store and there is always something wrong or missing. I thought at first the mix-ups and missingitems were just growing pains of a new business but after today I won't be back. I'll go to the Barrie location I've always used. Read more

Terrible service waited 45 minutes they kept processing smaller orders that came in well after me then tried to give our entire... 16 pieces chicken order all in chicken drums. Absolutely terrible, they have no concept of quality control or what the chain taught them. Chicken & fries either partly... cooked or leathery. Complaints did no good so we no longer go there. Too bad, in GTA we loved Popeyes. Read more

Very disappointed. If this is your first Popeyes visit don?t expect all others to be as dry. I love Popeyes chicken. Always... bigger and juicer pieces than KFC but this one has a small dry breast lacking meat which was a disappointment Biscuit was overcooked, over salty and dry. New location in Innisfil! I had the creole chicken sandwich combo with onion rings. The Onion rings were burnt, dry and flakey.... Definitely not worth it - perhaps I got a terrible batch for whatever reason, but I waited 15 minutes just for them so itdoesn't make sense. The rest of the meal was good but the sauces were 50 cents each which is by far the most expensive I've everseen it, as some other locations even include then for free with a combo meal. I don't like to rate places low, but the slowservice, lack of condiments and terrible side dishes didn't leave a great taste in my mouth. If you're going just got chickenor a sandwich and you don't mind paying extra for sauce then it may be with a visit, however. Read more
