Would not deliver because I was to far away but yet the pizza store across the street does. Terrible business ethic
I have been ordering pizza at this location for 2 years now with not a lot to complain about, but recently noticed that I... walked into the store to order a large pizza and boneless wings and was shocked to find out that is was $71.00 that wasoutrageous and was instantly cancelled. Giving this location a second chance I placed an order roughly 25 mins before the storewas closing, the order was taken and confirmed but I received a call 10 mins later stating that the store was about to closeand will not be delivering my order. So not only is the pricing getting outrageous but the customer service is severely lackingat this location. I will no longer be buying from pizza hut. Read more
Over$100 on upgrades and extra wings and bites large stuffed pizza 2 pastas , barely fit it all on 3 small foam plates,... disgraceful. Wings were good, bites were a ripoff, up upgraded to 8 still got 5, 2 were just crust balls. Pizza was a pan butI got a thin crust with hardly any topping or cheese and was over cooked, stuffed 5 cheese crust that had no cheese in it.Ordered 2 pastas, both didnt even have enough in them to fully cover the bottom of the pan. Ordered 22 boneless bites got 17 6of which were loony sized crustballs which again had no chicken. Will never eat here again and will never recommend over theother great pizza places in town. Prices keep going up, the amount of toppings decrease? Lol see photos they barely added any mushrooms or tomatoes, probably were... saying just a pinch is fine.... on one side but forget the other side. Not ordering from here again.... a 25$ medium pizza andthere barely adding the toppings. Read more
Order chicken & beef toppings on a large pizza, barley got any chicken on it even though it was a more expensive topping. Fine,... no problem there, it was what it is. I called the store to express my concern with the pizza and told them I'm coming back fora refund 30 mins away only to get refused the refund when I got there. Long story short, I got my refund after letting them knowI would never order from this store again. Also, it is very unsanitary for them to take back a pizza that has left the storeduring these pandemic times. If anyone feels the need to order from this store in particular, make sure you check your pizzabefore you leave the store or the delivery person leaves your door. I would highly suggest Papa Johns in Barrie on YongeStreet. Amazing customer service and better bang for you buck! Read more
Stopped in for dinner and had a great pizza and a set of wings. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering... great recommendations. Best Pizza place in town. Read more

Recently moved into a new development in town, tried to order online but the website wouldnt recognize my address. I called the... store and the man on the phone told me he would honour the online deals for me since i couldnt get to order online. The canadianlarge is 17 bucks online, everyday special. The innisfil location told me it was 35 plus tax!!! HOW??? I called back to askabout the pricing discrepancy, they ignored my calls. Definitely will not order from her, clearly they are taking advantage ofthe franchise and customers to make an extra buck. Read more
