I went in for donuts and they had a very poor selection , it was early afternoon and the donut shelf was empty and I asked the... girl when will you be restocking the donuts? We stopped here for some Timbits and they were delicious! They are a nice and light treat. I normally don't care for doughnuts,... but I love these. They are not overly cakey like normal doughnuts. We placed our order and they were ready quickly. Thislocation is clean and quick. Read more

A lot of staff doing very little all behind the counter talking so loud, I could hardly understand the counter clerk. Then when... I turned around to find a table, there were two tables being used and all but one of the rest of the tables were filthy. Veryobvious to me but I actually had to tell one of the talkers that all the tables needed to be cleaned. I watched her do a few.All she did was wipe all the debris off the table tops onto the benches or chairs and she didn't wipe the chairs or benches. Not overly impressive. There needs to be some training on etiquette with customers in the building, self motivation to do tasksas needed. Proper training to complete tasks in an acceptable manner. Thank You Read more
A Male employee came out of washroom with wet, dripping hands. When I went into the washroom the floor, sink and urinal were... filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The air hand dryer did not work and the paper toweldispenser was empty. That's probably why the employees hands were so wet. The staff there acted like they didn't careless aboutcustomer service. Not a single employee smiled and made it seem we were a burden to purchasing a couple of coffees and asandwich. The store was not busy and only 2 other customers sat at the tables. Brutal service, untrained employees. Waited 20mins for a bagel? employees pay no attention to customers inside and only deal... with drive thru and coffee orders.. Not to mention they messed up my order even tho it I paid for it. I?d give 0 stars if Icould. Read more
