Always order from this location when we?re needing a quick & reasonably priced supper. Ordered well after the supper rush &... arrived after the order finished time indicated in the email. Still had to wait an additional 15 mins. Ordered extra sauce &basically got no sauce which made the pizza super undesirable to eat. I ordered the two 12 inch pizzas with wings deal for $29.99. When they delivered it, the total was $43.60. When we opened up the... boxes, the pizzas were garbage. Could not see any cheese, 6 little pieces of ham on the whole pizza and invisible bacon.Theother pizza was of the same quality. I called to inform about my disgust and disappointment and what I think they were sayingwas that the toppings were sufficient. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order. Placed an order for pick up, two large and a small cheese. Told pick up in 20. Just about to head out to pick up, 15 minutes... after order placed I recieve a call back telling me they are out of large an expect I pay for the upcharge to a XL. Maybe I hadof went for that had it been brought up when I made initial order. Not taken 15 minutes to call back and make me aware. PRETTYSAD BUSTERS! Pizza is alright but customer service is awful. Donair was great, young lady?s service was great, smiling and friendly. However the manager or who ever the other person their... was, the lack of enthusiasm or politeness made this my last visit to that store. The young lady?s body language suggested thatthere is tension in the air when she asked him a question, first he ignored her and then he spoke in a belittling manner to her.I hope she knows there are better places to work then there. My coworker and I decided to stop here for dinner. I ordered a jumbo donair with cheese and had all veggies added to mine too.... Wow, oh wow - they did NOT skimp on the donair meat at all! This was one loaded, meaty and very tasty donair. Also, the meat wasperfectly spiced for maximum flavour and enjoyment. A truly fabulous and super satisfying experience, and thankfully...I learnedthat there's one in Calgary too. Will definitely be paying that local one a visit soon! Read more
