Their Shrimp Pizza lacked flavour, appeal and I had to send it back! If they added some sauce to the top or atleast flavourful... to the shrimp that would help. The chicken Pizza was a hit!! Excellent customer service!! ???? Read more
Absolutely disgusted. My family ordered takeout from here and when we went to pick it up the host accidentally had us pay for... the wrong order. No big deal it happens! However she was very freaked out about the whole thing and made us a bit uncomfortableat this point. We got everything squared away and we were on our way. At home we realized they had forgot to pack our Caesarsalad. Again no big deal things happen. We called in to be able to come back and pick it up however we ran into the mostdisgusting behaviour over the phone. The girl we talked to was rude and disrespectful so we asked to speak to the manager onduty. The manager was horrible to say the least. He was rude and told us we were lying and was even swearing at us. After allthat he hung up the phone on us. We called back and he made fun of us and acted like a complete child. I work in the serviceindustry myself and I can’t believe that a manager would act in such a way. The fact that staff and management can treatcustomers this way is disgusting. Very disappointed! I don't usually write reviews but felt I needed too. Have eaten at Boston Pizza's for years now. My experience has always been,... " It was Okay". But visited this location yesterday and was very pleased and pleasantly surprised. Have eaten there in the pastand again " It was Okay". This time however, it was almost perfect. Service was fast and excellent. Food came out hot and Iwould have to say delicious. Appie was best I've had at any restaurant. When I mentioned to the waitress that we had to leaveunexpectedly early and could she bring our main dish as quickly as possible that's exactly what happened. I must say It was oneof the best dinning out experiences I've had in a long time from any restaurant. And what makes it even better it was my son'sbirthday supper. Hat's off the the server and cook at Boston Pizza on June 12-2022. Hope to have an experience like this againInnisfail Boston Pizza. Hats off to you all on this occasion. Read more
We just moved to town and my son and I walked over to go get something during the process. The girls inside were very nice and... professional. It's Boston pizza, so the food was alright but not any worse than any others I've gone to. My son's pretty pickyand they got everything right for him. I'd go here again to take the kids out for sure. Went Sunday with a huge group (around 20). We had Jen-Joy as out waitress and she did awesome. She kept track of who was paying... with who (even when they weren't sitting beside each other), paitent when we weren't in the seats she'd last seen us in, anddealt with an insane amount of orders. Order frequently from BPs and sadly left disappointed 9/10 times. They often miss items when ordering delivery. Unfortunately... you'll have to wait another hour to get the missed items. Tonight I ordered and recieved my food completely botched. They used asmall plastic container for meat sauce rather than the cardboard containers, so the container lid was melted due to the heat ofthe meat sauce, leaving the sandwich completely soaked. It was soggy and unappetizing. Also the simple garden salad was equallyunappealing and had tomatoes when it should have red peppers. It also had some kind of flower sprout (assuming from thearugula). Seems the cooks/expo have no regards for the customers receiving the food. I'd leave a zero star review if possible.Boston pizza Innisfail has lost my business for good. You're better off eating at Mc Donald's. EDIT: added photos of the meal Ireceived. Also response to the generic reply I got to this review. Maybe If you took the time to actually read my review youwould realize not once did I mention the price of anything. I use to order frequently and had no issue with the pricing.
