Workers are actually hard workers and try to get your food done very good. I would of gave 5 if the double beef option actually... did a difference I bought it included with my 2 meals and beef looked even less on some tacos and burritos still a good place todine in and eat at. They always, always get the order wrong or forget an item..order cheese quesadilla no jalapeno sauce, made it with sauce. Called... them and gave me a plain one next day. However, it gets tiring going back to get items they forget or get wrong! Read more
went here with my boyfriend after a trip. never been here before and won?t be back. the employees have less life to them than... irobot and less professionalism than a potato. Waited 20 minutes for our food, politely asked for an update and was met with themost monotone rudeness i?ve ever heard, said they didn?t get it. when they finally finished the food the order was still wrong(all i wanted was beef in a taco shell, which really isn?t all that difficult or a huge request) when we asked them to correctthe issue they huffed and puffed about it. started talking trash right infront of us while we were at the counter watching. anyboss ive ever had wouldve torn my @ss up for that but the one who seemed to be in charge was too gassed up to know where he was.tacos were ok doh. We go to Taco Bell when traveling because we can order anything without meat in it. The pics show as advertised and reality.... They gave us no utensils so we went back and were given a packet with 2 spoons inside. Returned again for a fork but they didn?thave any. The Crunchwrap supreme had meat in it instead of beans. Had to throw it out as we were already back on interstate whenI opened it. This bowl had 1 teaspoon of black beans in it. Disappointing. Waste of $. Read more
I've gone to this Taco Bell many times, and my orders are almost always wrong. But I'm only going to go into detail about my... most recent visit. When I entered the building, there was no one else there and only 1 or 2 cars in the drive-thru. It tookthem a minute to notice I was there and when the lady did notice she told me to turn around and use the kiosk instead of herjust taking my order herself because after she told me that she turned to the drive-thru window and did NOTHING until a carshowed up a few minutes later. Another customer came in a few minutes after me and the employees decided to take his order atthe counter instead of mine. The only thing they screwed up in my order was I asked for no sour cream on the siesta potatoesbut I got it anyway. It was a minor mistake compared to ones in the past.
