I don't understand how a chicken place doesn't have chicken. Lately, every time I go there, they tell me that they don't have... any chicken legs. Have to wait 15-20 minutes. If it's a prepare upon request situation, they should advertise as such because itis then, no longer a fast food restaurant. I would just leave and go get a burger or something else. Read more

I wish i could give a zero star, the last few times I haven't been to happy with the service and I was thinking it was lack of... employees, But today it topped it off. I went inside because I was getting a family meal and I figured it would be easier. Iwas not greeted when I walked in, after a few minutes a young girl said ill be there in a minute, ok I waited, took my order andI paid. Walked to the other end of the counter, waited 15 I heard them saying that they were waiting on the Supreme. Therestaurant was very dirty and the staff was very slow, the manager was there talking about her personal issues that I will notput here. When she turned around and noticed I was still there she asked with a tone "what's this lady here waiting for,? Thetone and the look was not necessary, they told her on the Supremes, didn't tell me how much longer just walked away, finallyafter 10 more minutes the Supremes came out, I asked nicely if they can change my fries out since they had been there for awhile, she grabbed new ones, tossed the the other ones and with another unnecessary tone said "I changed them." Well here itgoes, I was professional enough to stay quiet and walked away with my food, very unhappy the way I was treated and disappointedat the conditions the restaurant looked, I don't think I'll be back to this location unless is under NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Chicken sandwich was very tasty and they got the extra Mayo just right. Love their sweet tea
Picked up a Steak biscuit with cheese at the drive thru on 8/6 and didn't get the cheese that I asked for 3 different times and... the biscuit was brown & burnt tasting. Also, they didn't have Bo rounds ready so I had to get seasoned fries or have to wait. Byfar my most disappointing trip to Bojangles in a long time. I won't go back to this one. Don't let the response from the ownerfool you. I responded back to them right away & never heard anything back. Read more
We go to bo jangles quite often. It is hit or miss. Sometimes good, but sometimes bad. We never know, we have learned the hard... way, to check our food before we leave the store. Read more
They served me a steak biscuit that was literally in pieces. It was crumbled. When I asked for a whole biscuit, the young man... acted very annoyed but gave me a new biscuit anyway. Their lack of concern for the quality of food they serve is appalling. Read more
