Always love the cookies at Great American. This location is no exception. Very friendly and very soft delicious cookies
Went on May 4th. Place was unkept and looked unorganized. The display cones on the counter top were so old that they had... literally wilted. I should have left at that point. The staff were unengaged, not wearing any kind of uniform or branded shirt(I was not sure at first if they worked there). The marble slab was not cold so it was wet when my ice cream was mixed withOreos. Not all ingredients were added to the order (I?m not sure if they were out of stock or the guy behind the counter justdidn?t care, but no explanation). We got our bill? $7.89 for a small cup of ice cream and $8.89 for a regular cone. Theshopping center is nice so I hope they turn this place around. Giving two stars because I can?t in good conscience give icecream a single star. Read more
We have always had good experiences here until today. We waited 30 minutes past the time for a preordered cake and then getting... something that looked like a 3 year decorated was really disappointing, especially for the price paid. The pattern around theside was suppose to have red, green, brown and white, but she didn?t even get the brown and white pattern correctly, missingseveral places. The brown is squished between or really tiny, in addition to all the letters and hands looking like spikes withclaws. Asked for the filling of the Oreo ice cream cake but decorated like the sprinkle cake. The 2 Jamaican girls working were rude... but said they could do that. Picked up the cake and cut it and it was solid vanilla all the way through. Picture to referencethe order card and what we got. I?m not sure if the girls wrote it incorrectly since there?s no mention of Oreo or chocolatecake or what but it?s definitely not what we asked for. Disappointing and didn?t taste great.
