I love that I can come here any time of the day and order food that's actually homemade. From the doughnuts to the... individualized bagel selection and fresh squeezed juice. You can tell this place has a reputation with the community because anytime I go there, there are people ordering who are chating it up with the servers like old time friends, it gives a very homiefeeling to it. 10/10 Read more
Since the minute we walked in?red flag. No welcome at all and the service was horrible. The food was decent but won?t be... returning because of the ugly service I received today from a particular employee. This employee was not wearing a name tag.She is as old as my mother but was acting like a rude teen that doesn?t appreciate her job. She has very very short hair likea man, dark tone hair like brown-red, and her eyebrows were drawn on with black eyebrow pencil. Since we walked in thisemployee was being loud?chatting with co workers saying she didn?t like this person, etc. as if she was at home?-ignoring us andthe customers in front. When she was done and felt like helping she said ?NEXT? I pointed to the person that was next. Sheshould know who is next. They were all rude, all employees (I guess it?s contagious) but the eldest one in particular was beingugly, nasty attitude. I gave her no reason to even speak to me in such a manner. Was polite and patient from the beginning. Iwas hungry and wanted a quick bite and that is why I went. Purchased a croissant for myself and some pastries for my friend.They weren?t really attentive to us so I was keeping an eye to see when my order was ready(really hungry here) and soon as itwas just like I predicted I had to get my order myself. They didn?t acknowledge me. One took my order, the other made thesandwich and another took my money. They all didn?t hand it over, they just left it on the counter even though I was right therelooking, waiting for my order. I grabbed it assuming it was mine and it was. And the cashier lady with the black eyebrows looksat me, pops her eyes out wide open (so rude!) and says in Spanish ?you didn?t get your eyes of her? meaning the younger ladythat was making my sandwich.
