First of all I have never been uncomfortable in a Starbucks. Customer service is always A1 but this location right here is just... not it ladies. The big black lady that works here found it funny to correct me about a product while laughing right in my faceto another employee. I still needed my morning coffee so I didn?t have time to tell her about herself unfortunately so immaleave this right here. My drink had about 5 cubes of ice in a TRENTA because I asked for light ice n when I told the cashierthere was no ice she didn?t try to fix it instead she let me know it was light ice. Like since when does a Starbucks not makesure your drink is just right for u ? My coffee for some reason doesn?t taste like they added my syrups. All in all the servicewas giving very much McDonald?s at 12 midnight & I?ll take my service elsewhere. Read more
Amazing! Surprisingly really fast for a lunch run. I threw several, unintended, curve balls and the drive thru staff was very... kind fulfilling my order. They had a sign saying sorry for the wait time because of low staff but I would have had no clue.Drinks made perfectly and food was warmed just right. My new favorite location. Read more
Took 35 mins just to get a cold brew. I was told by the cashier it would take 10 mins, but I waited there watching people with... huge orders that came in after me get served first. They need a better system so small orders don?t get pushed to the side. Read more
They always pretend to be closed thirty mins then they're supposed to. The night workers put up orange cones blocking the drive... thru no at 7:50p. It's ridiculous. Read more
This Starbucks is the worst place I ever been. The employees are very mean and disrespectful. I don?t know why they get so mad... all the time. maybe they might be busy, but customer service is very important. Read more
I guess someone tried to rob them with a crowbar and they only allow drive through orders now. They really need to do something... maybe hire a security guard or some thing I don?t know?all I want is some hot water and what do you do when you don?t have acar? Read more

Two days in a row I went there and tne matcha green tea was horrible. The first day they added some more powder but the second... day they were not trying to please the customer. I called to speak to a manager...he told me that he was busy and would callback...he never did. I called again and spoke to a women manager and she didn't even say she was sorry or anything.
