It's clear that this establishment is run by idiots! Second time coming to this location using the drive thru as they still... cannot get the order right for the life of them! When the black or white people walk in the El Pollo loco all the Mexican staff just stare and they don't greet you. Only 2... ladies make you feel okay about ordering here. This location is amazing. I had a slight issue with my order (nothing to bother writing about). The manager quickly rectified... it. She was pleasant and accommodating. This is the type of costumer service everyone deserves. It says a lot that I am writingabout their excellent customer service and not the mistake with my order. It happens.
