Meh? Pretty slow. I think they need more support for online orders and doordash orders. Right now. Current status is SLOW

I have been patronizing this location since 2018 and have formed a friendship with most of the staff which also includes the... Store Manager Ms. Jessica. These young people are all so friendly and so extremely professional. They all have given exceptionalcustomer service to me and others over the years and that begins with their Leader. Save yourself your time and money and do not come to this Jamba Juice!!! This Jamba Juice is badly organized. The workers are... all wandering around like they don?t know what to do, everything was really slow. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, whichnever came. I went to tell them about it, and they just claimed that they already made it and didn?t do anything about it. Iwent up again and the coworker just started trying to make an excuse to his coworker, and they still didn?t make my order. Iended up just getting a refund. My friend who did get his drink, it came out extremely thick, you couldn?t even drink anythingout of the straw. The flavor was lacking, even though it was peanut butter banana, which are really strong flavors. Read more

Honestly starting to feel like they messing up the orders on purpose. Thanks for the juice it was great, thought I ordered a... smoothie but I guess not. Also loved the one where the pineapple pieces were bigger than the straw. Fun times. Read more

made an mobile app order and they didn?t have strawberries for my açaí bowl. thought it would be ok but it wasn?t enjoyable at... all (too many blueberries). I went back into store and Elsie told me an issue will be refunded and it should show up on my appso I left. today I speak to the store and since I left the store a refund will not be issued. I know it?s a lot going on rightnow but at least you can do right by the customers and compensate for what you didn?t have in the first place. Read more

I waited in line for 10 minutes before someone finally came to take my order. The employees are extremely rude, have terrible... attitudes and are overall extremely unprofessional. I waited almost 15 minutes to receive my drink and it was not throughlyblended and had huge chunks of fruit still inside. The man who made my drink sloppily threw it on the counter and there wasliquid spilling out of the cup, all over the counter. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Read more

Ordered my drink through the app over an hour before arriving and when I asked where my pick up is all the women in there... looking confused as if my order was never placed. After making my beverage upon arrival and not apologizing for giving my drinkwith my name on it to someone else as the woman stated who was making my order I then asked why would you do that and sheremained quiet. Never going back to that location in the "hood" anymore because all we get is the unprofessional hood treatment. Read more

Today (August 26, 2020), I had my first horrible experience with a Jamba Juice location and employee. Jamba Juice is my absolute... favorite juice company to go to, and I have been buying Jamba Juice for over 10 years; however, today marks the worse experienceI had with an employee. I ordered a medium White Gummi Bear on the Jamba Juice app and paid for it with my credit card 10minutes in advance before arriving to the location. The app notification already stated that my drink will be ready by aspecific time. I get there and ask one of the employees (young Latino male) has my drink been made already. He tells me that heis currently making it in which I see him. I patiently wait, and 30 seconds after I look up from being on the phone, I see thatmy drink was given to another girl. I asked her is that mines and she says no, it?s hers. Then I go back to the marked socialdistance circle and wait again. Another lady who just order walks in front of me. After two minutes, I see him making anotherWhite Gummi Bear and tell him that I ordered and paid in advance, I should have my drink already made; it?s been 15 minutessince I placed my order online and he forgot my name again. I told him my order name is under Bre/Breanna. He said the one hehas in the blender is mine and the girl who just literally ordered in the store automatically turns ghetto and proceeds to yell? No! That?s my drink I just ordered and that and my name is Bre too!? I knew she was lying, but she got such a big attitudethat the worker told her that he would give her mines and make me wait for the next one. 2 times he gave my drink away when Iordered in advance before all of those who ordered in-store. The drink wasn?t even good. I?ve been to multiple Jamba Juice?s inSouthern California, and I have never experienced something like this.
