I just ordered food from here & I come here every once in a while. It?s a young lady that works in the front, She has long... eyelashes with curly hair . I do not know her name, I believe it might be Cynthia, I guess they never give receipts because ofthat reason but she?s very rude & always has an attitude. I watch how she interacts with me & other customers & even her coworkers, I saw them telling her that I was at the counter & she told them ? I already helped her? with an attitude while she wassinging along to the loud music they were playing in the back,. I?m always nice to all of the employees including her even thoshe?s always rude & today all I did was ask if I could have a plastic bag & more condiments. They never answer phone, they messed up my order, the staff is super rude all the time and some don't speak English but super... rude. I think they be spitting in people food. They act like they want to work at all. They close the drive thru window when youare speaking to them. They person by the name of Cynthia is rude no matter how nice or sweet you are to her. I've had terrible experiences at this particular Jack in the box. The customer service is sad. I've gone on three different... occasions and each time I have been extremely disappointed. Maybe the crew lacks the training with regards to customerservice. It's disappointing because of the area that it's in, this is the city of champion a lot of people from all over come toour city because of our venues. This is sad representation of a Jack in the box. Do not get food from here after 9pm everytime i get food from drive thru any time after 8pm the food is horrible. The fries are... soggy with excessive amount of salt. The chicken is old and hard food is cold and they always seem to forget an item. Must bethe closing manager along with the cooks. Its happened to me more then once! Any other time before 9pm no problem everything isfresh hot and very delicious!! Other then that customer service is always on point! Love the staff but night cooks super bad!! Read more

Got sick after that being the only thing I ate or drank that day and the loaded mini tacos are something that they only threw... old shredded lettuce on top of, it shouldn't be called loaded mini tacos if the only thing they're going to load on top islettuce. Every time I have walked in, the person at the drive-thru window is also the one that does the front door register soif that person is at the drive-thru, people that walk in get no recognition until they are finished at the drive-thru not evenI'll be with you in a moment. I wasn't even helped when he was standing there for a whole minute doing nothing waiting to get aburger to give to the drive-thru guest. The employees there are clearly unhappy which affects us.
