If I could leave 0 stars I would. After waiting almost 3 hours for one order of boneless wings and a drink. Not being able to... reach anyone to see what was up either. The wrong order was delivered. With no drink, nothing I ordered. They don?t havecustomer service, no one answers the phones, and the wings arrive cold as hell and 3 hours late. Bad experience ; seems like employees do not care and it reflects overall
AND BEFORE HAND , this is CHILI'S! The worst experience I have ever had for picking up food. There is no system in place , no... order. I was waiting in line to check in and pick up my online order. The person behind me just walked in and looked for hisorder, got it and took off without checking in. Im not sure if it was even his order. The person behind him , did the samething. I was never greeted , I was waiting to be greeted , and NOTHING. I had to walk up to the PERSON and had to tell him I waspicking up my order. When my order was ready he never called me or check that my order was ready. I had to walk in check itmyself and then asked him if it was my order. Very bad management or no management here ! I will never order for pick up AGAIN! Read more
