I've been in the five guys restaurant where you see they have won numerous awards. I don't see how. I received my order through... door dash. I only live 5 minutes away. My food was cold and they had the worst fries ever, too soft or over cooked. Bun on theburger is to soft to stand up to all the toppings, and just not tasty at all. It's OK. Tastes similar to Fat Burgers (burgers only) Fries are great and so are the shakes. The price is the issue. This isn't... some fancy gourmet burger from a restaurant. This is a fast food joint burger costing 10-12 for the basic cheese burger. Buttaste like Fat Burger? Nah gtfoh with that. I can go to In and Out and get a whole meal for that price. In fact pay a couple ofmore bucks and there goes my combo from Fat Burger. If you guys are going to do al la cart style fast food dining, then yougotta taste better than your competition.... which you don't. Read more
literally made the best burger i've had in a while. perfectly made, from this location specifically. my order was correct,... excellent customer service, super chill vibe, everyone in great spirits and as efficient as could be. I like coming to this store when I?m in Inglewood because it?s near Jamba Juice and I can get my Jamba Juice (Peanut Butter... Moo?d without chocolate) and little cheese hamburger at the same time. Every time I come here the staff is friendly and thestore is clean!! I never feel ignored like I have visiting other five guys locations. Read more
Food was delicious my second visit l will return good eating. I ordered the little burger with little frys l always get full????
Store is clean and staff is friendly. Unfortunately the burgers taste and look like trash and the fries were way too salty.... Shakes were okay though. Don't understand how they can put these price tags. Read more
