I hadn?t been to a Fatburger in several years. The staff was very pleasant and courteous but to my surprise, I spent nearly $30... for a burger fries a drink and a shake. Really? The burger?s OK? I got a few extras but I would rather spend $30-$40 at a goodsit down place with a nice steak dinner and better ambience. I just don?t see the value in the type of food versus the priceanymore. I wonder if it?s this Fatburger or just the whole chain in general. Read more

The food is good no doubt but the customer service isn't so great. I've been here a few times and each time the customer service... isn't how it should be. They have bad attitudes talk about customers behind there backs I've witnessed it. Today I ordered offof grub hub and got a combo I added extra chilli and two types of cheeses one for my burger and one for my fries. I left it inthe notes when making my order to put it on the fries. I Laos tried call many times but they either didn't answer or put me onhold for a long period of time. Read more
