My husband was the only one in the lobby and was ignored for several minutes. Mind you there were at least 4 workers in view and... one was at the front desk. It took another guy that came in from maybe his break, that put on his smock and asked My husband ifhe needed help. My husband attempted to order but was told to get the deal he wanted he had to order online. My husband askedfor assistance navigating the app since he was told to order through that. The staff ignored him and was speaking Spanish thewhole time. He eventually left since the staff had no intentions of helping a customer. If you can't provide good customerservice to EVERYONE in the community, you should not work in the community. We will not be back. I will also make a formalcomplaint as well. Read more

The 901 Labrea location is closest to my house so I?ve been ordering from here for about 8 years. I?ve noticed that even when I... pay for extra toppings my pizza never has extra. Today I ordered extra cheese and when I showed up to pick it up it was clearthat there was no extra cheese bc you could see the sauce all over the pizza. I requested extra cheese and he told me he had tomake the entire pizza over. So when he did, I realized he did add more cheese but instead of him adding the normal amount ofsauce he added less. I?m guessing so the pizza would look more cheesy. That?s not what I asked for though and this could?vebeen prevented by just adding the extra topping I paid for. Also, I had to pay for Parmesan cheese and red pepper, which isinsane. I know a pizza only costs $15 but if I?m gonna eat it, I expect to have it made the way I paid for it to be made. This was my pizza. ???? Don?t waste your money or time at this location. The piece didn?t fit, the crust is different and the... cheese is clearly fresh. When I showed them the pizza no-one was surprised. They know exactly what they are doing. This ishorrible. They repeatedly said ?we can just make you a new one? No! Please give me my money back. They had the nerve to keep thetip. Update: They sent me another full refund. But I don?t recommend this dominos. Read more
Customer service was good. Delivery guy was nice. However I knew I would have an issue with the delivery bag wasnt flat at the... bottom and he pulled each item out of the bag individually. Everything was shifted to 1 side of the box. Read more
Awesome Pizza store for quick pick up and go. (Streetside parking only 1-2 spaces) Do yourself a favor and order ahead of time... and pick it up. You'll save money. I personally order from this store 4 pizzas every month. Between $70-$80.00. Yes, I loveDomino's! Read more
Preordered food hours before to make sure it got here on time. It was 1 hour and 15 minutes late. It was cold and missing one... lava cake. Tried calling only to get a call center to be transferred and put on hold with no answer. This was by far the worstexperience at a dominos which is a shame because I usually like them. Read more
