I have a baskin Robbins near my house but looked at their rating and it wasnt as good as this location so I decided to go to... this location to order a cake for my nieces birthday. I order the cake and paid for it the day I ordered. When I went to pick upth cake I noticed the "Happy Birthday " and my nieces name where in 2 different fonts as if 2 different people did it. It lookedpretty bad. But I didnt complain. I took the cake and left. As I was pulling out, a woman came frantically knocking on mywindow and I realized it was an employee from the location. I rolled my window down and this woman accused me of not paying forthe cake. I told her I paid when I ordered the cake. And she continues to say I didnt because she didnt have the receipt. Andshe asked me to show her proof. Lucky I still had my receipt so I showed it to her and all she said was... , "oh ...ok". Noapology. No nothing! I will no longer be getting from this store. I brought my son and my nephew for an ice cream treat after work. I was fascinated by level of friendliness delivered from... Josesito and the other young man who was working there at the moment. (I didn't see his name tag) When we arrived they bothgreeted us and they BOTH helped us out. When I usually go to a Baskin Robbins only one associates helps while the other waitsfor another customer. This wasn't the case and I appreciated it. I saw how they helped other customers with the samefriendliness and patience. The ice cream was delicious. My boys loved it. Great experience overall. They charged my card.. it said approved on my side of the screen they claim nothing showed up on the screen.. then they wouldn't... allow me to take my purchased item.. i went on my bank account to see if it went through and it had . They still refused.. so itold them they need to give me my money back and they denied that too.. they refuse to give me my money back Read more
