Wow. They had to have been short staffed, or mismanaged. Regardless, the staff were all spending most of their time walking from... one end to the other, instead of being at stations. After 35 minutes in line, beyond it being the longest by 10x in a Tim?s lineever, they whispered we could not order food, that we could leave and order online. We had even tried ordering at the kiosk, butthe machine said the store was closed (the kiosk is at the beginning of the line, so clearly the store was open, but the kioskwas closed). Tim Horton?s has always been an incredibly efficient operation, but this was so bad it was incomprehensible.Here?s the thing. This is a truck stop. Presumably EVERYONE is not from here. So if there are rules on how to order, or specificlines, post those at the point of sale. Don?t make desperate and weary travelers go through this.
