Wouldn't serve me 7 mins before closing time! I arrived at the drive thru order window at exactly 9:53pm, I waited for 2 mins... when a lady came on the speaker and told me they were closed. I asked her if they were open until 10 and she said yes, it is 10,I told her it was only 9:55pm and she told me to go to the downtown location because it was open 24 hours. Second day in a row my ice cap hasn?t been full.. almost paying $5 for a drink that?s the least I expect.
Very poorly run location - regularly out of stock of almost half the menu and customer service clearly is not a priority.... Whoever runs their inventory needs to be retrained or replaced. Ordered an iced coffee with less ice, the first of which wasmade incorrectly then I got a 3/4 full cup, when asked why I was told the owner mandated they do not top off drinks made withless ice (no other location does this). So I got my money back and 2 full cups of coffee went into the restaurants sink. Can'tsee how it's cheaper to do that than add 2oz of coffee into a cup and keep a customer haopy. Read more
Drive-thru service performance needs to be improved a great deal, customers should not have to repeat their orders, staff need... to wear masks and disposable plastic gloves and order should be ready when you reach the drive-thru window. Read more
Very disappointed in today's experience. The crew was clearly struggling with the lineups. A young male employee suggested... nicely that they needed help up front and another employee was so extremely rude and bossy to him I felt so bad for him as hewas just trying to help. They had no steeped tea ready either. Thankfully the supervisor came back and helped catch up but theseemployees were all very young and clearly needed more support. Read more
This store has constant problems. Lunch orders done wrong, items missing or not available. Grill was turned off before 8pm and... was told I could only have crispy. The consistency at this location is below standards of other Tim locations. It's okay for apit stop, but not for locals to go to often. Read more
Take out and Drive Thru team make every visit enjoyable. Coffee, donuts and food are always excellent and consistent.
