Delicious burgers, excellent fries, ice cold drinks and friendly staff.
Service was horrible. Told the server I was dining in and he handed me 2 cups for my rootbeer. I tried to get his attention 5... times and finally on the 6th attempt he told me that I had already touched the cups and couldn't give me frosted mugs. My mozzapatty was barely any bigger than the patty on my buddy burger. There was no ketchup in the dispenser. I usually never post reviews but I honestly just had to this time. I haven't been to a lot of restaurants but this experience... was the best I've ever had. Went in and we got a chicken burger combo, the two girls are the front were so so nice, gave ourdrinks and told us they would bring our food to our table. Honestly that just felt so sweet, usually u have to take your ownfood but her bringing it to use while we could use the bathroom was so very nice. While we were eating, I could hear her checkup on the couple behind us and to see that in a fast food place compared to any other ones Id been to before was new to me!Honestly think they should get the recognition they deserve. Great experience. Came with the family. I had a bistro teen burger with root beer and fries. I splashed some hot sauce on the... burger and the a&w spice mix on the fries. I loved my meal! The kids had burgers as well and ate them better than they do mostother fast food burgers. The food quality for fast food restaurants is right there at the top. The employees were very friendlyand helpful with the kids. We will definitely be back! Read more
Not sure if this is the correct location, but I stopped in from the 401 between windsor and hamilton. I just wanted to review... the plant based nuggets! They were so good ! Way better idea than the vegan burger, which is on the grill with other meats. Read more
