So it's important in any business (and more visible in a small business) that the owners and employees care about their products... and services. Coming in here, I saw how the owner directly built relationships with folks who were there. I want to note thatbuilding an instant level of engagement with me as I walked through the door has to be exhausting. But the owner appearedinexhaustible. The people behind the counter are always working. Therefore she sold more than some real good coffee andsandwiches but sold me a bit of Industry community, and it felt like those community coffee joints that Starbucks had poorlyemulated for years. Think the Beehive in South Side before it was sadly lost to time. It has an incredible vibe and atmosphere,makes me want to go back on the regular. My sandwich was real good, and my coffee was great. In reviews I saw "expensive" assome feedback and I'd say it's equivalent to Starbucks or any other independent coffee shop. I highly recommend it, and go sofar to say it's going to give my whole day a brighter outcome. Read more

I will come back to Industry Cafe again and again! I stopped in for the first time today and Sarah was so kind and helpful from... the moment I walked in. The americano was perfect and I got the South Western Beaver sandwich that was the right amount ofspicy, delicious and super fresh. I can't wait to come back! Industry Cafe is hands down the best!!! The owners/staff are so friendly, kind, and helpful! The environment is so warm and... welcoming!! The coffee is truly the best I?ve ever had, consistently!! Stopped in to try somewhere new for breakfast... BEST decision EVER! The Southwest breakfast sandwich was the BEST breakfast... I've ever had! The latte and iced coffee were fabulous too!
