THE WORKERS ARE AMAZING !!! but the BOSS/OWNER needs to learn how to treat his employees. I was so upset from the moment I... walked in until I left. His employees were simply trying to do their job and he was yelling at them in front of customers makingUS customers uncomfortable. I will not be returning to support this man and I hope his employees find a job where they?reappreciated. They looked extremely anxious and stressed . I go to this store often on my lunch and they have never given me badservice they are amazing this man came in for one day blaming his mistakes on them. He talks to them as if they were incompetentand yet they run that store efficiently without him everyday I did not ever have a issue with them until he was there .Corporate needs to get involved ASAP. All he did was get in the way while he complained and slow them down. This is ridiculoushe should not be anyone?s boss he has no people skills . His attitude just shows he does not care about his employees orcustomers and yet the reason he has a business is because of us the community he should learn to appreciate that. Read more

One week ago I went to your Jackson st, CA location at 10:30am & they only had white bread. I was surprised because they open at... 7:00am. Today I went again at 9:30am & they had no bread for sandwiches at all. They only had flat Bread & tortilla wraps. Twicenow I walked out & went to Jersey Mikes. Others walked out too. Read more

I have many medical issues, don't eat much bread, so orders are usually protein only. Today staff didn't want to serve me... because store was out of cups. Staff was certain she could not use anything else to put order in. She certainly is not a"problem solver" which is so important in the business world. Read more

The owner told the workers ?dont be taking extra time to help customers, because you have better things to do? little did he... know that extra customer service is what was keeping a regular client a regular client. Plus the Restraunt floors are alwaysfilthy this place needs a new owner, or new management with Good customer service but with Great management skills. I wont beback thats for sure ???? Read more

The sandwich wasn't terrible but the service was so bad. There was one woman making 3 sandwiches all by herself while 3 other... employees were walking around. Finally another woman came from the back with the WORST attitude. She asked "What do you want" asI started saying my order, she turns around to do something else mid sentence so I had to repeat my order. She did that 2 timesduring my order. She starts putting the the meat on my sandwich and with the left over meats she starts aggressively throwingthe left over meats back into the bin. I asked for avocado and she gave me not even a quarter of the avocado and then chucks itback into the bin and misses. I paid 2 bucks for less than a quarter of an avocado. I'll go back to this subway as long as sheisn't the person helping. Read more

Ingredients look old and are mixed in the boxes, if you have any food allergies - beware!!! I asked for tomatoes and she picked... up the grossest ones and put them on my sandwich. I hate being picky about food but these were nasty so I apologized and askedif I could get different tomatoes expecting her to throw them in the trash (where they probably should have been)? she took themoff of my sandwich and put them back in the bin, after they had already been on my sandwich??? Owner needs to get theiremployees in check ???? I?ve worked at a chain sandwich shop that rhymes with Timmy Tom?s and they?d never let something likethat fly. Then she put less than half the amount of avocado on, which as an extra cost is pretty lame. Not sure how this placehas ever received more than 1 star. Read more

As I walked in I asked for a Steak & Cheese melt with beacon added in it. Then the employees asked me that its not allowed to... add anything other than what it have. I tild them that I had gotten the Steak & Cheese melt with beacon some other times. Then arude female employer told me that when did I ever got that & who was it that did my order. I responded back that it was 2 monthsago and that I don't remember the person who took my order. She was being disrespectful and not letting get what I wanted whilethe other guy who was taking my order was going to let me. Her tone was very rude and I didn't like it at all. And I actuallythought that it was my choice to get whatever I want but I guess that doesn't work like that. So they ended up giving it to meas a regular sandwich. Was not satisfied at all. Read more
