So upset with this location. I grew up in the northeast with Dunkin?s all around me. I love Dunkin and was excited when I heard... they were finally opening one here. But dang. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Whoever is working the drive thru, lady needs to gether attitude checked. Its disheartening and I think this was my last visit here to this location. This Dunkin is usually very good. HOWEVER today was the worst experience ever and I just had to share. Firstly, they blamed how... slow they were on the lack of being short staffed. Now normally it would be an okay excuse but being we go three times a week,and any other time they?ve had less workers, they still worked quicker than this morning. Secondly, they screwed up our order.All they had to do was slice a bagel, and put cream cheese on it. It took a good twenty minutes to even cut the bagels, andthere was a dime size about of cream cheese on each bagel. They neglected to give us the knives we asked for, and blamed it onthe two new employees. No I?m sorry do better Dunkin just do better. Won?t be coming back for quite sometime. Very yummy donuts like they are famous for. Very good service. Only disappointment was they didn't have any Buttermilk donuts.... Which are my most favorite. Other rise it was perfect. Read more
Honestly disappointed with this one. The large iced caramel macchiato had no caramel, and so when we told them, they argued that... it did, and then eye-rolled when we told them we didn?t taste any caramel. They reluctantly gave us four pumps to pour into ourown drink, as opposed to making us a new drink. Anyway, they also forgot our munchkins (don?t forget the donuts!) and at that,the jelly-filled ones weren?t glazed, but rather sugar coated (yuck!). I guess the lack of concern or customer service was whatgot me on this one. Read more
Wow this place is bad! I will never return. It's equally the food and horrible service. The food was almost not edible and the... girls that work here are so rude it's almost like they are trying to convince people not to come here. They were so rude andgross I almost drove away when I got to the window. I made the wrong choice and got the food I should have drove away. Read more
I didn?t even think it was possible to have a bad experience at a Dunkin Donuts but apparently it is. Our visit was just awful... from the service to the food. The place was so dead when we arrived (should have been our first clue) that we thought it wasclosed but we drove up to order and were surprised to hear someone say hello. Ordered our donuts with some difficulty from theteen on the other end of the speaker and then drove up to the window to pay and get our order. We sat for awhile and eventuallyanother teenage employee opened the window, gave us our order and we were on our way. I can honestly say the donuts we receivedwere THE most awful donuts we have received anywhere. They were EXTREMELY stale and lacked any flavor. We took one bite andtossed them in the trash. They were THAT bad! Ordered a chocolate filled powder donut and it came as a sandwich. Will attach aphoto below, but yes, they actually served this to us. This place should be shut down. Read more
