Well it?s quite awesome when their semi blocks you in the parking lot for over 30 min and takes up an entire lunch break
Eat here regularly. Staff remembers me and my preference for my sub. Staff members are polite. My heart goes out to the staff... members in regards to on line orders: Customers complain about the way their sandwiches are made, ordered from an establishmentthat specializes in building your food order before your own eyes to YOUR specifications, only the customer is on line and notin person. The owner should give massive respect to the employees that have to deal with this nonsense, as im 100% certain theowners are not dealing with the nonsensical customers. Read more
I have been cooking for around a decade now for myself and at establishments all over the country. I don't find myself praising... fast food joints, like ever, but after the halfway point on my veggie delight I felt compelled to come here and leave a positivereview. I travel for work with a ton of co workers and we eat at subways all the time. I bring my own food to eat and this time it Was... just myself and One other co worker. He ended up not ordering anything either. Manager told us to leave since we didn?t buyanything and can?t just use the facitiliy. Which I get, I?ve never had that problem in 5 years of eating at subways tho but Itold the lady I would purchase some cookies or something to be Able to stay and keep charging my stuff for my lunch. Good service. Nice clean spacious Subway. Food was very good. Only problem I had was when I went out to the car to get... something, the glass window next to door was so clear I thought it was an opening and walked full speed into it. My hat felloff my head and I almost fell myself. It must have been a hilarious sight but I did hurt my thumb a bit. My suggestion would beto put a decal or something on the window. Read more
They have trouble getting orders correct, especially on-line orders. And using free coupon, that the nice manager gave,... impossible to try and use. Then had to listen to other manager over-talk me in order to explain why the coupon was not accepted.What ever happened to customer courtesy? Read more
Music is way too loud for older customers, especially if you're hard of hearing. You can't hear the workers ask you what you... want on your sandwich. Read more
