The employees are awesome and the food was hot but it's still drive thru quality food.
This was a to go order made inside. 6 piece nuggets now only come with 5. Double cheese burger the bun was hard as a rock. Then... they forgot the 10 pice nuggets so I go inside ask for them and the employee said ok and went back to making a for here order Icould see the 10 piece sitting there. I gave up and left. It's all Mc Donald anymore. I can't remember the last time McDonald's got my order right. They did get the Big Mac right. Read more
I was shorted an order of fries - I ordered 3 and only got 2. I asked for a Quarter pounder with cheese and literally got a bun... with a slab of meat and 2 slices of cheese. No ketchup, pickles, mustard, onion - nothing! I was in from out of town and didn'thave the time to go back and complain or get my order corrected. My sister in law said they're notorious for messing up orders. Read more
Terrible customer service. Never get their orders right (there is ALWAYS something missing) and when you mention this to staff... you get anger and lack of customer service to fix the issue or take the feedback. after about the 1,000th wrong order in mylifetime and the negative environment. I will no longer be going to any McDonalds. Read more
It's really hit and miss with this place. Sometimes its great (as great as a McDonald's could be) and other times they forget... part of your order, the fries are cold, or they dump a ton of salt and pepper on your burger. Clean inside. Read more
We accidentally left our card at home and had to come back and reorder?this is what our burger looked like and the manager said... ?I watched them make it fresh.? By fresh they must mean dump an entire bottle of salt and pepper on a shredded old patty. Read more
Shorted on fries and nuggets were burnt. Went back to get it fixed and manager for tonight was rude. Gave us a brand new order... and was exactly the same. This time was given old fries and nuggets that was still burnt. Read more
