Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery at 12:07pm today. Called to check on delivery at 12:47pm and spoke to individual that took our... order. She stated that the order was made and that deliveries were delayed due to only one driver but 2nd delivery driver was onhis way. We received our order at 1:28pm, one hour and twenty minutes after we placed our order. We live 1.8 miles from therestaurant. This isn't the type of delivery that Jimmy John's advertises. Order two sandwiches one for my daughter one for me she got the 11 I got the number 9. When she opened up her sandwich it was... wrong even though my ticket says 11 when I took it up to the counter a girl looks at me and says well you got the number 4 and Isaid no we didn't and she rolled her eyes the sandwich paper even had 11 on it. I am not upset that a sandwich was made wrong ithappens all the time people make mistakes but for you to be rude when you were the one that make the mistake makes me never wantto go to your business again. The sandwich makers at the Indianola, IA Jimmy Johns all had big bushy beards without wearing any kind of a beard net to keep... beard hair out of sandwiches. Sure enough I had a couple of black hairs in my sandwich so ended up throwing it away. I don'trecommend this restaurant. Read more
