Terrible service...employees are the worst!!! Very unorganized, unprofessional, food is ok if they can actually get around to... making it smh. Ordered food around 830pm and at 10pm we confronted the young lady in charge about why it was taking so long. Sheimmediately went into defensive mode accusing us of talking to her wrong and from there it just escalated into something youwould see on WorldStar!!! They need proper management immediately...their employees are ruining there name and reputation!!! Read more

Ordered the boneless with fries. The fries were absolutely horrible, the skin was still on the fries. They left half a full... potato in the basket, yes you heard that right. The fries were burnt, had no uniformed shape to them, they varied from typicalfries to wedges. Read more
We stopped at Wing Stop on E Washington St in Indianapolis while shopping in the area to try a new place that we have never... tried before. It left a salty taste in our mouth, literally! We went inside and stood at the front looking at the menu to betold by one of the 2 employees working that we had to order a to go order online. If your lobby is open and you are doing to goorders only then maybe try putting a sign on the door! Another customer came in while we were waiting on our food and I told himthis and he said thanks and left without ordering. Our order took about 10 minutes longer than the 16-21 minutes predicted inthe email. My daughter ordered buffalo ranch fries and there was barely any ranch on them but they were drenched in buffalosauce. So much that it was almost unbearable. My seasoned fries had so much seasoning on them I could hardly eat them due tothey were way too salty. My other daughter ordered cajun fried corn which tasted like just plain corn on the cob. I submitted a support ticket regarding this issue with Wingstop and made the delivery service... aware of the problem I had with this restaurant Update: I haven't received any communication from the establishment as thiswould be a Health code violation.
