Stopped in for inside dining. Couldn't give our order, register wasn't working. Sat down and ordered from our phone. Ordered a... bundle with four flavors. None of the flavors came with the correct count. The sauce didn't coat my wings. It was as if they putthe sauce in the container and threw the wings on top of the sauce. I paid $40 and they couldn?t even toss them in sauce correctly. It?s always a ghetto atmosphere when I come here. The workers... clearly do not care about anything. No greeting, no have a nice day. Just a mean face staring at me. Read more

They were super busy but also very helpful. We ordered a bulk order and even though there were a couple things wrong, they were... extremely polite and made it right! Kudos to Terrance, Zion, Deigo, and Eric for the help! Plus they were putting up with a"customer" who was trying to get free food out of them, and some poeple were downright rude to them who didn't need to be. They are located near my job and J just popped in to grab something before work and I was pleasantly surprised with their wings.... Definitely would give them a try if you haven't already. The fries are great also. Read more
Ordered online delivery. Received food missing an order of corn. Tried calling and was told I would have to drive there and show... receipt. We were staying at hotel. My daughter was already asleep. I ordered delivery for that reason. Paid delivery fee forthem to tell me I had to come pick up what they forgot. Poor customer service. Would not order again. Read more
I love wingstop but this location was a let down. The woman who took our order couldn't comprehend what we were asking for and... after she completed our order, she then asked us if we wanted bone in or boneless and had to redo the order. At one point theemployees were standing around not doing anything. I expected to have a wait time but not this long. Our order was bagged up andplaced on the rack while we waited for about 15 minutes before another employee looked at the order and called out for it. Wecouldn't believe it has been sitting there this whole time while other people came and went. The only thing the employee saidwas "it didn't have a name on it". Not once did I see them say anything customer service related to anyone. "Sorry about thewait" "thank you for your patience, have a good night" it was disappointing to say the least. Read more
