Disappointed with this visit. The prices went up and the chicken is smaller. I understand inflation is going on and food... prices are going up. However, you can't raise prices and give smaller pieces of chicken. I'll be finding another chicken spotfrom now on. Read more

Wish I could give less stars, ordered my food online about at 10:15 pm on 9/1/2022, got to the store around 10:30pm, asked about... my order and was told it wasn?t ready. From 10:30 to about 11:40 I asked until the cook looked on the rack where orders arestored and said it?s been sitting there the whole time. The other worker told me it wasn?t there repeatedly, I asked for arefund and was ignored until I was told to write my order number do to be forwarded to a manager to have a refund processed.Never had to wait days for a refund Read more

Not a good experience today with this location!Waited forever for my order and waited for it to be wrong! Tried calling back no... answer went back up there only one worker and the Mexican dude was not professional at all! They had a lobby full of ppl andAriel was by herself doing a Great job !Another customer tried to place a order and the Mexican guy came up and said no walk inorders they only taking cash or online but he said it rude...Need a little more training if he is going to remain anemployee!Shaunessy was helpful when I first picked up the order as well.Gerald need some training! Dear Management, I normally leave really good reviews even if the food is bad because I have worked in the fast food industry... before and many times the employees do not receive the credit they deserve but when employees are turning business away becauseof excessive order errors, and the workers are on the phone in front of a long line of customers, something needs to be said. Iam not upset by any means with the staff as they all seemed young & untrained and for that, I blame the management for the poorhiring/vetting. I probably would not ever come back to this location due to extreme un-organization, poor communication &customer service and just the overall amount of time that was taken to make 10 wings. When the employees are airing out theirpersonal business; cussing and talking about previous customers in front of new customers OR staring at customers withoutgreeting them as they walk in, a team meeting needs to be had to make sure everyone gets back on the same page to keep thisbusiness going. Staff was not only friendly but over all Service was Great! Food was Made fresh to order, Perfectly Seasoned!You definitely get... your moneys worth when it comes to quality and quantity! Best Cajun Food in town! Read more

Store says open online and on the front door employees choose to say there were close with no real explanation. While... entertaining two customers inside. Other customers waiting on door dash orders before 12pm also receiving no service this allstarted at 11:20pm. Read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Not only is the service terrible, but my wings were RAW. I spent almost $10 for raw boneless chicken wings.... I am extremely disgusted by the way this situation was handled on top of being served raw food. After waiting an extremely longtime to get my order I took them back to work, and realized more than half of the wings were not cooked. Upon noticing this Itried to call them, and they did not answer. I went online and filled out a comment on their website with pictures. I stilldidn?t hear anything back. The next day I called and had to explain what happened to me three time, because they kepttransferring me to different people at the restaurant. Finally, I got to the manager, and explained what the situation. I didn?tget an apology or even an ounce of good customer service. She asked me my name and then put me on hold again for a at least fiveminutes. Came back on the phone and said okay would you like to come in now to pick up your order? She wanted to just remake myorder a day later? NO! I had to ask for a refund, and she said well I guess but you will have to come back in? Read more
